Every deal

Newest first. Each verified entry counts once; claimed entries are shown and labelled but not counted.
What counts
An entry is a signed power purchase agreement, supply contract or direct investment in generation (nuclear including restarts, uprates, SMRs and fusion; gas; geothermal; hydro, solar or wind; storage) of 100 MW or more, made by an AI lab, hyperscaler or AI data-centre company (Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Meta, OpenAI/Stargate, Oracle, xAI, Anthropic, CoreWeave, NVIDIA and similar) and announced by one of the parties in its own newsroom or an SEC filing. Utility-built generation contracted to serve a named company (e.g. Entergy for Meta) counts. Each agreement counts once from its announcement; a later revision that changes the capacity (Talen-Amazon 2025) is a new entry. The MW in the action is the signed amount; options and framework ceilings are noted but not counted. Memoranda of understanding, exploration or feasibility agreements, non-binding frameworks, RFPs, acquisitions without stated MW, capacity reservations for unproven technologies, deals under 100 MW and regulator rulings on these deals are listed under related. Scope note: routine wind and solar PPAs (hundreds since 2023) are not swept; renewables appear only where they are part of a named AI power deal or a framework of 1 GW or more.
