Newest first. A government counts once, from its first verified measure; claimed entries are shown and labelled but not counted.
What counts
A measure counts when a public authority at national, state or provincial level (a government, ministry, regulator, data-protection authority, legislature or armed forces branch) bans, blocks, suspends, removes or excludes DeepSeek's apps, models or services, for the public or for government staff, devices and systems. Warnings, advisories, investigations and information requests that restrict nothing are listed under Related; bans by companies or universities are left out. Lifting a restriction is its own entry. Every measure listed is verified: we read the government's own order, notice, decision or official statement. Measures known only from news reports are left out.
