What counts
A finding counts when (a) the developer of an AI system or the affected vendor publishes that the AI system discovered a previously unknown vulnerability in real-world software that was then confirmed or fixed (a CVE, an advisory or a patch), or (b) a vendor, government agency or established security firm publishes a confirmed vulnerability in an AI product or model (for example prompt injection leading to data exfiltration, or remote code execution) with a CVE, advisory or fix. Each finding or batch announced together counts once. Benchmarks and competitions without confirmed real-world fixes, and unconfirmed claims, are listed under related, not counted.
